AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGY MAINTENANCE & REPAIR Sorry, service is full. Not accepting any new vehicles for the 2007-2008 school year. For auto maintenance and repair, use West Sound Technical Skills Center Automotive Technology services. Hours of operation vary. To make an appointment, first fill out the Work Order Request Form(below) and Fax, Mail or bring it in to WST. Once the Work Order Request is submitted to our office, the teacher will contact you with dates and times available to set up an appointment. When you bring your car in for repairs, you will be asked to drive around to the back of the building where you will see a sign for the Auto Tech program.
FOOTSTEPS TO THE FUTURE CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER Child Development Center Info Mission Statement: Our mission is to provide a high quality, developmentally appropriate and culturally sensitive program for children in a safe and nurturing environment. Philosophy Statement: Footsteps to the Future is a child-centered program dedicated to the nurturing and development of the "whole child", including physical, intellectual, social, emotional and moral development. A strong relationship between our staff and the parents is desirable and in fact, necessary in order to enhance the overall development of the young child. Program Goals: Some of the basic skills, concepts and attitudes we strive to develop and encourage in children are learning self-help skills, good decision-making, positive social skills, development of gross and fine motor skills, beginning literacy skills using the Pre-K Open Court Teaching Program, communication skills, creative thinking, and gaining respect, acceptance and understanding of the rights and feelings of others. Discipline Policy: Our goal for discipline is to educate and redirect children. Our positive discipline approach involves having reasonable expectations for children's behavior, being very clear about how we want children to behave, taking positive steps to encourage good behavior and prevent misbehavior, and react to misbehavior in appropriate ways. Operating Hours: 7am-5:30 pm Fees: A one time registration fee of $25 at the time of registration. We only accept full time children. We run on the Bremerton School District calendar, therefore the monthly fee will vary. You are charged for every day we are here, whether you bring your child or not. Infants- $30 per day
